Personal Accidents

Covers the insured in the event of death or permanent/temporary disability due to an accident. Compensation is provided to the insured or their legal heirs, including coverage for medical expenses if stated in the policy.

Fidelity Guarantee

Covers financial loss resulting from employee dishonesty (theft, embezzlement, or fraud) that affects the employer’s assets within the work premises. Compensation is subject to court ruling and within the limits agreed upon.

Financial & Cash Transfers

Covers the insured against the risk of theft or loss of money (cash or cheques) during transfers between the premises and banks or vice versa, or inside safes or cash registers, subject to policy terms.

General Liability

This policy provides coverage for the insured against liability resulting from bodily injuries or property damage caused to third parties due to negligence or activities performed within the insured location. Coverage is in accordance with Articles 163 & 179 of the Saudi Civil Code. 

Elevator Use Civil Liability

This policy offers protection against liability for bodily injuries or property damage to third parties resulting from elevator accidents. It is in accordance with the regulations issued by the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance and Civil Liability (Royal Decree No. 119 dated 2008).

Comprehensive Civil Liability

This policy provides comprehensive liability coverage for the insured against any bodily injury or property damage to third parties arising from the insured’s activities, negligence, or faults, including those of employees, tools, equipment, and facilities.

Professional Liability – Physicians

This policy offers protection to physicians and medical professionals against legal liability claims due to malpractice or negligence in the course of professional duties, including legal fees and compensation determined by court rulings.

Professional Liability – Various Professions

Covers professionals in various fields against legal liabilities for errors, omissions, or negligence during the course of their professional duties that result in harm to others or financial loss.

Professional Liability for Insurance Brokers

Covers the insured against claims arising from professional errors or omissions while practicing insurance brokerage services, including legal defense expenses and compensation according to the policy’s terms.

Professional Liability for Financial Advisors (Without CMA Approval)

Covers the insured against claims arising from professional errors while practicing financial consulting without obtaining prior approval from the Capital Market Authority. The insurer reserves the right to recover compensation from the insured in case of a final court ruling proving fault.

Business Owners' Liability

Covers the insured against liability claims arising from bodily injury or property damage to third parties as a result of practicing their business.

Glass Breakage

Covers the insured for damages caused by the breakage of glass due to accidents, whether the glass was part of the insured premises or separate.

Family and Home Protection

Covers the insured within the limits of the policy against burglary or robbery affecting home contents. Compensation is provided as per the terms and limits stated in the policy.

Pharmacies

Provides insurance coverage for risks that may affect pharmacies, including robbery, fire, and loss of contents. Compensation is determined according to policy terms.

Intrusion

Provides protection in case of burglary, which results in loss or damage to contents within insured premises. Coverage is subject to investigation and confirmation of forced entry, with compensation paid as per policy terms.

Academic Excellence

Provides financial compensation for the student’s guardian in the event of their death or total permanent disability. The goal is to ensure continued education for the insured student. Compensation is paid based on tuition and education-related expenses.

Comprehensive Banking

Compensates the insured against loss or damage in excess of the deductible amount for direct financial loss discovered by the insured during the insurance period and within the limits of the insurance amount stated in the policy schedule or any attached appendices.
